Oh goodness. I'm feeling such a grim person at the moment. I wouldn't say I have a happy place. I wouldn't say I am unhappy but that phrase just doesn't figure into my mental vocabulary.

I guess what I would say is the old cliche: curling up with a good book at the end of the day. It's not a panacea ut it does take your mind off of things and take you away to a different world.

Thanks birds, I really appreciate the concern.

Now I may have just been being a little melodramatic. I was drawing a blank on happy place, but I'm not really an unhappy person, I guess I don't think about that stuff in those terms per se.

I get it, sometimes things are just a bit flat. I hope you find some happy times this year, but not everyone experiences that in the same way!
