It's June. I believe the appropriate proclamation is... how is it June already?!

Well I got my two fics for May. So I'm doing pretty well this year. Hope to find some more inspiration this month. :)

In real life news...

I got a text and then a letter last week saying 33 years olds were now eligible. (I'm old :( not really i know but still...) and after some dithering on my part. Nothing against the vaccine, just making and attending appointments.

I've got my two shots booked through the NHS Website. It doesn't say what flavour of vaccine I'm getting. Probably AstraZennica. It's a pharmacy a couple of miles away so that's pretty good.

It's the 12th of June and 28th of August because we go in for big gaps between doses because our government wanted to ignore the manufacturer's guidance and give more people 1st shot. (not a big fan, but the rollout has gone well enough that all sins are forgiven apparently -_- )

Folks are going on holiday for a week starting on the 11th so that wasn't my first choice because I'd have like them to be around in case of side-effects but ah well at least it's done.

Glad you've got your appointments scheduled! (And you are NOT old. LOL <3 ) And I know it's just anecdotal but at least among people I know, shot two seems to have more side effects but as also don't have Astra here so who knows. LOL Fingers crossed it'll be no big deal for you.
