Fandom, Fests, Ideas Bouncing.

So I ended up claiming my own prompt for hp_kinkfest (facepalm, why?) when no one else did. So I'm on the hook for writing something where Harry or James II get seduced by their boss. I'm leaning towards a Harry/Tonks Auror office type thing. But I also like the idea of writing a super-cocky arrogant James II, who despite talking the talk is a virgin till his quidditch Captain takes him in hand. But that of course requires inventing an original character to be said captain.  Either way pwp porn I guess.

Then I ended up watching quibbler_report and from there checking out the het prompts for hp_getlucky and saw lots and lots of Harry/Susan prompts and I'm so tempted to claim one of those as well.

But given my propensity for total procrastination. I'm thinking more fests are a bad idea. Then again I don't seem to be coming  up with my own ideas to write at the moment and I at least want to try to write.

Ooohh!!! I could totally go for some Marcus/James. Or maybe Katie/James. Or Demelza/James. Demelza does not get enough love. Anyway, I'm really digging the whole cocky!virgin!James thing.

Haha. I was thinking more 5th/6th year James with his 7th year, about to leave never get another shot at him, Quidditch captain. As opposed to cross gen. Alas for next gen het. You're pretty much stuck with cousincest, cross gen or making up original characters.

I'm thinking the reason Demelza gets no love is that all we know about her is that she plays quidditch and ron made her cry once. But then that's two more things than we know about Daphne Greengrass and I've written about her. Lol.

I sort of have two ideas of how to characterise james. cocky!Virgin!James. And James who's cocky but actually has got laid a lot, leading to more cockyness and lack of morales. That's the one I'd use for a Albus/Roxy/James love triangle fic. IF I'd even considered anything like that. *shifty eyes*

LOL, my mind totally defaults to cross gen sometimes. Er... most of the time? I dunno, I'm having a Draco cross gen problem right now. OK, maybe not just Draco. OK, so I kind of want to write Hermione/Scorpius infidelity fic....

Mmm, cousincest. Dominique, maybe?

I strongly encourage this Albus/Roxy/James plot bunny. And I'd take cocky!James any way I could get him, although I must say I'm a sucker for first times. ;)

Dominique is one of Bill and Fleur's kids? I wonder how veela like people make them. I#d sort of like to imagine her look alot like fleur except for weasley red hair.

I might write that fic if I can ever figure out an actual plot for it. Beyond Roxy totally gonig for bad boy James before realising she really likes Albus more.

Yes! Their middle child. That would probably be about right, agewise. I always imagine Dominique as a little rough-and-tumble, as middle children often are. And yes - with red hair. I could definitely see her whipping a cocky!James into shape.

What is this plot thing of which you speak? ;)

lol. Do you not do plots, Tam? I figure Roxy being seduced by James and then getting with Albus and ensuing inter-brother tension probably has to be plotty.

OMG please write this. Hmm... you could maybe throw them all together in the joke shop at inventory time?
