according to my friend there were two small contests to win... something. (I think it was a signed copy of the DH book or something like that) one was a trivia quiz, the other one a costume contest
also Warwick Davis (the actor who played Flitwick/Griphook) showed up and gave a speech to conmemorate "19 years later' at 11am to mark the Hogwarts express going to Hogwarts.
(and there was a rumour someone else from the cast showed up- but my friend didn't know who- it definitely wasn't one of the main ones)
but other than that my friend just said it was one massive crowd of HP fans just coming to celebrate. she said it was fun but a bit overwhelming with so much people around.
