We're at the end of June and halfway through 2016. How time flies, huh?

All I've written this month is firewhiskeyfic which will be revealed on sunday. I still owe torino10154 birthday porn. (though I know very kindly you don't really mind Torino, lol). Couple with real life issues it feels like this journal has become very dreary of late.

As every the aim for July is to write more and fun, things!

FWF was very fun, so thank you for that! And it's probably the biggest response for a fic I've had for ages, if only laughing at typos.

That's a good idea. Do you know of any good comms with them? My google-fu is failing at the moment.

If you go to 100quills profile page, there are links for different prompt tables. This post has both 100 table options and 50s. The code post is here and the nice thing is you can tweak the tables if you like meaning once you have some ideas, you could replace some of the random words with Magical things or characters or kinks. Mix it up however you want, you know?

Actually you can certainly look at the ones at Goldenage as well. I couldn't care less if you actually DO it for the comm. I mean it would be nice but whatever. LOL

I've been avoiding LJ. I miss the days when fandom and politics didn't mix so much and people weren't so sad and angry all the time. I'm all for more fun things. Best of luck with the writing muse in July.

Today is my Mom's birthday!

All I've written for this month are emails and whatsapp messages...lol You're ahead of the curve.

I usually use the half year mark to assess what I've failed to accomplished and see about moving forward. The usual exercise, eat right, write more is always there but they never happen.

I don't find your journal dreary at all. At least it is current. Mine is stuck a few months behind.

I don't know about us doing anything special but I bought her a pair of shoes earlier this week and I am going to order her cake tomorrow for a family dinner on Sunday but she will also be attending a funeral then so I don't know...

I guess that counts as social. My office doesn't use whatsapp but a have a few coworkers whom I chat with.
