We are actually leaving. And the pound is already taking a masive dip.

I hope the leave campaign turn out to be right about the possibillities in the long term. In the short trrm things don't look too good.

Sad day for the country.the xenophobes and isolationists have won and we have no excuse.

Alright now, I have two years to:

find a British husband

or

find a job in Edinburgh as soon as Scotland gets its independence.

Or pack my bags and leave.

I am gutted btw. xxx

Britons are actually apologising to foreigners here in London. That's sweet. My idea is that the UK will want to keep a lot of privileges in the EU, but the EU will be inflexible. I don't think the divorce will be amicable at all. I am so sad right now. :( xx

Girl, I had find a British husband on my to-do list as well. Wondering if it even makes sense now....

I totally understand. Finding a British husband is my priority now. Actually, to be honest, I shouldn't be picky: husband, wife, partner, whatever, as long as they have a British passport. *g* xx

I'm right there with you. I say this all the time and my friends think I'm crazy.

Oh, hon. I understand. My friends laugh at me all the time. That or they are rather enthusiastic about it. X

Some of my friends agree but some think I'm just saying it for the laughs or just to amuse them. They have no idea how serious I am.

We need to register on Tinder, apparently, that's how my British friends found their boyfriends..

I couldn't use a dating app while in Jamaica. There would be no hope of staying anonymous in such a small population.

I'm not an expert, but I am not 100% sure that the aim of a dating app is to remain anonymous.. But, as I said, I am not an expert!!

Yeah, it's not but nothing stays private in Jamaica. It's like living in a small town with everyone in eacb other's business.

That's something that sounds fun, though. I would like to live in a place where everybody knows everybody. It sounds like a very nice place. Well, I'm sure Jamaica *is* a lovely place. :) xx

It's interesting when everyone either knows each other or knows someone who knows someone whom you know but it gets very annoying as well. Our entire population is 2.7million people so our capital city is a bit interconnected. Can be a bit claustrophobic. I long to disappear into a big city like London or NYC.

I understand what you say perfectly well, and I see that one would need to "disappear" for a while just to find some sort of privacy. Come to London! You have two years before they start shipping us off! *g* xx

Honestly, between this result and the apparent rise of Trump, the western world looks to be in trouble. I can see China and Russia doing their evil villain cackle.

China has been using the Trump mess to show their people that democracy is a farce. Putin is loving this mess since Obama can't actually get another term and there is no love lost between them. I've never liked David Cameron but having Boris Johnson as a possible replacement is jumping out of the frying pan and into the lava, bypassing the fire altogether. I feel like ISIS might be happy as well. This is such a mess.

How has the British Pound fared since the results? I heard it fell drastically, first time since the 80's.

Oy vey

*HUGS*

I'm so very very sorry.

This should have never been allowed to happen. it affects so much.

I can't believe that even after that female MP got killed ppl still voted Leave.

and I wish someone would shoot Farage & his ilk into a black hole because they need to Diaf.

trying to find a silver lining in that the UK managed to build itself after Two devastating World Wars so hopefully they will able to rise above this.

but right now it looks awful and *HUGS*
