There's a contact form on the webpage in question. Nia's post I linked to contains a form letter listing the details you need to give to get it taken down.
I think they have. mine are gone at least. Given the sheer number of posts I've seen about this on lj, they're probably being buried in dmca complaints.
I saw that they took down yours but mine is still up. I've sent two different messages to the site itself, the host for their site (Webzilla) and to the site operator for FIA (because that is from where it was taken) so we'll see if anything comes of it. From what I can tell, the stories that were poached from AO3 have been removed.

The thing is, I'm not sure I would have minded my story being there had they asked me first.
Now, I know I definitely don't want my story on their site. Ugh!
