Harry Potter put down his quill. He tapped the arrest record with his wand. It sealed itself into a cylinder of parchment and flew off to the custody officer's in-tray, ending a long shift.
His eyes dropped with fatigue and he just wanted to sign off and burrow into a soft bed and sleep for a week.
A bell started ringing.
"All Aurors!" came the cry. "Aurors needed for a disturbance at Bethnal Green".
Anguished, Harry moaned. This was too much, too much to handle.
It never ends He thought. That's better than the alternative
Then he went to work.
