Star Trek Discovery S5E8

I found it a reasonably effective episode though nothing really as ground breaking as it feels like it should. Burnham gets a lot of introspection and that the true test is self-knowledge is a bit pat. Martin-Green does a decent job with it though. As does Ajala, like Jinaal letting a main cast play something a bit different.
I did like Rhys being left in command and getting at least something to do. Minor quibble not specific to this episode: Detmer's replacement is a Commander. It made sense for her being a hand from the 23rd century to be high ranking but the replacement pilot when it's an ensign/lt jg slot in most shows.
Moll I think really shined as she gets to do something different in subverting the Primach's from within, which was fun to watch.
I don't like them again handing nearly all their info to the Breen and betting they can do with that one thing the Breen don't know and a minor headstart. It just feels pat and stupid on Burnham's part.
Still hoping they'll land the conclusion okay.
