Summary: When Ron returns home late at night, it's not hard to figure out what (and who) he's been doing.
A/n: Un'beta'd. Written for Day 26 of "31 Days Of Weasleys" at

weasleyjumpers for the prompts: "Ron/Viktor", "Eeylops Owl Emporium" and "Gobstones". Starting to repeat myself here, this is a rerun of/sequel to Clued In I wrote earlier in the month. 5 days to go.

Harry and Hermione were sitting up late, listening to Ginny's excited exposition about her and Luna's planned holiday with a slight tinge of envy given they were both resolutely single.

Hermione's mantel clock was just chiming ten, and Harry was wondering how to hint that it was time to say goodbye when his other flatmate, Ron tried to sneak in. This was rather difficult given Ron's size; being both tall and broad and the fact that he was absently mindedly whistling in a satisfied sort of way.

"Evening, Ron," Ginny said sharply.

Ron froze for a second but then recovered and he approached and flopped down in the last remaining armchair.

"Hi everyone," he said.

Everyone exchanged glances wondering if anyone was going to say it.

"Good date?" asked Hermione.

"Hmm?" Ron said with an unconvincing expression of confusion.

"Ron." Hermione said.

"How did you know?" He said, his voice was annoyed but he was beaming and suppressing it every few moments.

"Umm… you said you were going to the Eeylops to get owl treats for Pigwidgeon," Harry said, Ron open his mouth but he continued, "at night. Four hours ago."

"Not my bed story," Ron mumbled.

"You think?" Ginny said. "Dare I ask who the lucky person is?"

"You can ask," Ron said mulishly. "Just don't expect an answer."

"I heard ViKtor was back in the country," Hermione said in a would be casual manner. Ron didn't react but his ears went red.

"You've been hanging out with ViKtor Krum for hours, what have you been doing? Not playing gobstones I assume." Ginny said, waggling her eyebrows indecently. "He must have stamina if he's been giving it to you for that-"

She stopped as Harry gave her a nudge of his foot.

"It's know of your business what Vikki and I have-" Ron started hotly but broke off as quickly as he'd begun.

Hermione flapped, and started ushering Ginny towards to the door at this point, while they exchanges parting words and a suspiciously high amount of giggling.

"Don't mind them," Harry said softly. "But you did have a good time right?"

Ron's eyes flickered towards the door where Ginny was being ejected and then his expression softened and he started positively gushing about his date.

Harry wasn't complaining though, even though he ended up listening about it well into the morning.
