lightofdayeSpoilers under the cut. I feel like I should have more to say about this one.
It's fine? But it basically plots along to stuff we already knew or suspected. The other shoe to Picard's mother's tale feels I don't know, lacking? Trite? I should be sadder for him than I am. And him have random flashbacks didn't work for me.
Seven getting reborged is interesting as is finally getting at least a little info on her and Voyager post series. She wanted to join but they wouldn't let her even with Janeway on her side. (They did later let Icheb in, so I wonder what the heck?)
Rios and the doctor continue to slowly plod along getting now. Adam Soong is a dick.
The final message from Jurati though was interesting. All I can say is I really hope the conclusion with Europa and Q is somehow worth it, if the season ends strong so much the better.
