Well I miscounted my titles a few weeks ago so surprising this was the last episode. I was away this weekend so watching Picard S2E3 tomorrow.
So this proceeds more or less among expected lines. They stop Tarka and prove to the aliens they really are sapient. 10-C is a hive mind, I'm interested the Borg are name dropped by the other obvious hive mind, the Founders are not.
But really it was tour de forces for diplomacy and talking working, with Tarka coming around as well, though him having coded the autopilot so well it doesn't matter and he (probably) dies after trying to send Book to safety.
We see Tilly and her cadets and Vance protecting Earth and the DMA being stopped in the nick time.
There's nothing wrong with it and Michael/Book and Saru/T'Rina scenes work. But it was awfully long on sappy speech and sentimental montages that Disco does that it never really quite earns for me.
Still it was a solid season I think.
