I follow hpfests on tumblr and suspect lots of others do as well. Not sure how their submission process works, but it might be worth checking out.

It's great art isn't it? We were so lucky Mywitch whipped it up got us.

That's a brilliant idea. I made a tumblr post and I hashtagged it with festy tags to hope people would see it that.

But following that link to hp-fests it looks like they have a submit post button so I typed a version of the post i'd stuck on my tumblr and submitted it.
