Summary: Rose is trying hard to convince Scorpius to take her out.

Rose Weasley pushed her glasses up her nose and tapped her wand on the flip chart behind her, so the page moved itself to the back, leaving one final bright information sheet.
“.. and that,” She said. “Is why you should totally go out on a date with me.”
Scorpius Malfoy, who had gotten very pink since the talk’s start, raised a hand.
“Umm… I have reservations,” he stuttered.
Rose frowned at him.
“Well, I think the slide-show covered any questions you could have...”
“No. I mean Reservations, as in Table For Two next Hogsmeade weekend?”
Rose beamed at him.

This was so cute and it felt very in character
Date: 2019-02-16 10:33 pm (UTC)always happy to see you write Next Gen- it helps alleviate the irritation at the 'Cursed Child' fandom takeover to see fic that show there IS another way to see the Next Gen as opposed to the bland/cliche/biased mess that was that BS play.
