harry100. I wrote something... canon? Does not compute!
Harry balanced on his Firebolt, flitting through his team mates in search of a glimmer of gold. His mind completely concentrating on the Golden Snitch, allowing his team mates to fend for themselves for a change.
There was a freedom in it; nothing but him, his broomstick and the snitch. Nothing else to care about.
There was a whirl of scarlet robes in front of his path, equally red hair whipped around with them; Harry caught a heady scent of flowery perfume, smiled… and lost concentration.
Crunch
Ginny hauled him to his feet where he had crashed.
Totally worth it.
