Filling Requests

So I know a good deal of people on my friend list also signed up the smutty_claus and hooray! Prompts have gone out early. So we've all got a couple more days to work on it.

Obviously it being a secret, we can't say anything about our assignments specifically but it's still inspiring me to ask how you go about tackling them? Picking the pairing you'll use for example.

And the big thing, how to you feel about using elements that are in neither the prompt section or the squicks section? I've previously skated over oral sex in assignments because its in neither section and I'm not sure if they'd like it or not.

Any thoughts?
