As far as I'm concerned, Harry/Luna made the most sense in terms of book interactions. IMO, Harry/Ginny feels too much like he's dating his mother, plus (not to get long-winded) I can't see Ginny wanting him for the right reasons. I'm not sure if I get Luna right or not, but I adore writing her. :)
