So its time for another sunday post beomaining my week and how little i've got done.  But its been a stressful week. Just a lot of little things going wrong.

My glasses broke and i lost the little screw that held the right lens into the frame.

Then i said down and bashed my mp3 player on an arm rest. so the clip that let you stick onto a belt/waistline/pockets gone. still works as a player but i have to stick into a pocket.

Was going home to my parents for the weekend, but at work on friday my landlord texts me saying he's got people in to see the house tomorrow (they're trying to sell it and i've no idea when this will and happen and if when it does i;ll need to find a new place to rent) so could i make sure my rooms all clean and tidy and aired. ok fair enough, except i had  a 40 minute window between getting home from and work and when i wanted to set off for the train. So i have to pack and clear up and vaccuum my room and of course during that i forget to pack things i need and set off barely in time to reach the station for my train.

So getting home was nice, relaxing, well needed break right?

Till my dad wakes up this morning with chest pains. When you get to his age, chest pains are pretty serious business. And the doctor he phones insisted on sending the ambulance over, which then insisted on taking him to A&E.

Luckily all the tests come back fine and it turns out to be exactly what dad thought it was; really bad indigestion. But its still worrying and he's supposed to be taking it easy for the day. He's not real great at taking it easy. :(

All in all, it'll be nice to be back at peaceful work tomorrow.

I hate it when my glasses do that! Sometimes at the store you can find these little glasses repair kits with miniature screws and stuff. I've bought those at the pharmacy--which I think you guys call a chemist? One time the lens fell out of my glasses while I was standing in the hallway at school. There were a lot of people going from one class to another and I was like WHERE THE HELL DID MY LENS GO? My French teacher helped me find it because she knew I'd never find it on my own.

It's good to know your dad's okay! You know, there've been times when I wake up late to catch the bus from one town to another, and I get ready super fast, run down to the bus stop, etc., only to somehow get there on time while the bus ends up being late anyway.
