Dear Deer

Still not good at photography. Today's family walk was around a Park with deer! There were lots of signs that they were dangerous wild animals not to be trifled with. (When rutting) But they were pretty peaceable really.

XD I saw no dogs (well not big black ones), rats or wolves. Alas.

Yeah, I noticed that when reviewing my photos. Had to double check I'd actually got a deer in there!

Wow! I've only ever seen the little ones (think they are called Muntjac?) They occasionally appear on the (quite busy) field very near our house and look absolutely horrified and bound off when anyone appears!

The only other ones I've seen in a park closer to home are much more wilder and shier. these ones seem more acclimatised to people.

On Saturday I went to one of our tourist attractions and was blown away by the sheer beauty of the place. It's a river and a waterfall. The park had zip lining and swinging from ropes into the various pools and it was amazing. I'll post pics and videos once I get them from my friends.
