My Sunday

My folks are on holiday at the moment. This means I has to properly adult for myself.

I actually woke up pretty early this sunday. Had to wait around for an hour and a half before heading to the super market to food shop. Apparently everyone else had that idea too because it was much busier than I expected. Came home put some laundry on the line. Internetted, had lunch, went for a walk up local hill. Got back, though 'oh i've got plenty of time left to some writing today', didn't write, internetted. Watered plants Had tea. Got washing in. Started up LJ.

Doesn't sound like much but it's nearly half seven and I don't know where the weekend's gone. Agent of Shield is one tonight. Need to make lunch for tomorrow. But the recycling out.

I wrote two bits of May Madness today I was hoping for two more today but that's not going to happen. I mean it's fine to miss them, or not use the prompts/pairings. Just write when I want to. But I kind of did want to do close to the full month's words so it's sad to fall behind.

Hopefully the one's so far have been new and/or fun.

Weekends are very strange things--they are far too short and nothing gets done. :P Or they are far too busy and still too short.

Also, adulting is hard. Even after you've been doing it for a while. ;)

specially when appliances break down and one has to do stuff by hand.

Glad you're enjoying the fic. I've only written one Harry fic so far (!) But I dare say he's got a good chance of reappearing. Especially when it's my turn on the 24 hour challenge.
