Yeah my current replay of Mass Effect is taking over my life it seems. Been paying really money for add-on levels and now I'm reading porno fanfic of it as well.

Might even write some. Except all my ideas are hackery based on the fics I've been reading.

That happens to me whenever I start playing Sims again. Every couple of months I fall down the Sims 2/3 rabbit hole and it's hard to climb back out.

Yep. Though mostly I tried not to pull inspiration from other fics at least not in the same fandom. I've pulled bits I've liked from novels and things though and adapted them.

This makes me realize that despite two playthroughs of the entire trilogy, I have never written ME smut. I've READ plenty of it; just haven't written any.
