This week...

It's been a mixed week. Mostly I've been procrastinating on and then writing fic. For SC and then for Blowjob Friday. I've been losing sleep since apparently I write best at 1am or something. My beta would probably disagree given the state of the fic produced. So early nights are in order I think.

The Masterlist for the last ever Blowjob Friday is up. It went well it inspired me to write three fics and between that and SC I've probably written more this week than in the last few months.

Sad to see it go, but it feels like the end to one of those inspirational films: You never needed the fest, the power to write oral sex was inside you the whole time, Timmy!

I still need to repost three drabbles from hp_humpdrabbles' Humpathon. (which has gone quiet lately)

In December I shall:

• Be reading smutty_claus


• Be looking at charlieficathon's comment fest to see if anything inspires me.


• Likewise hpsapphicappeal's Stockingstuffer event. I don't have enough femmeslash likes and dislikes to actual leave a stocking but I hope it goes well anyway.

I plan to leave a prompt or two at Charlieficathon as well as see if I can write anything. Like you, I couldn't see making a stocking, but I did actually write a few things already.

:) How productive. Have you figured out how it's supposed to work vis a vis posting? If you had a longer fic that didn't fit in a comment.

Um, since the odds of that happening to me are minuscule, no. :P It's supposed to be modeled after those Hump Day drabbles (or whatever it's called). Did anyone there have entries longer than one comment? I'd assume you just do one comment, then another as a comment to that one.

Sorry! I was vague! Charlieficathon's based on humpdrabbles so they should fit in one comment, since its 500 words max.

For the stockings though, it can be any thing and with reveals on the 31st. but if i posted a long fic on my journal and linked they'd see it way before 'reveals'. Eh, maybe just stick it in lots of comments...

Oh, sorry, yes. I'd still do maybe 1/2 and 2/2 comments. I did wonder about the linking to the journal, didn't make much sense to me---unless you made it private until the 31st and unlocked it then. If the person just happened to be stalking your journal that day, well, LOL that would be on them. :P
