Oh man! So sorry for that! I think I have some kind of clinical condition. I just can't stop writing. In Italian we have the word "graforroico" which is the equivalent of "long-winded" or "verbose" (I'm looking at WordReference) in a written context. It's someone who just writes and writes and writes...

That I do. But Draco with Lily L is a a love of mine. There is so much corruptability to be done - on either part. I like to think that no matter how badass Draco thinks he is, Lily L can teach him a thing or two.

Between writing for the last two rounds of Smutty Westeros, turning in my Samhain story a couple weeks ago and now working on one for Interhouse, I'm not sure if I can squeeze this fest in. Shame, as I know it's one of the more popular fests around. Maybe if I feel like I'm close to finished with my Interhouse fic by the time sign-ups are closing.

Wow, I just realized how many fests I've participated in over the last few months! And I'd never done any before, aside from the low-key Humpathon last year!

Well I like to encourage everyone that can to enter smutty-claus, participation has been going down and down for the last few years and there's never enough good het in the fandom.

There would be about a three week gap between the end of turn in date for Interhouse and the one to smutty claus so you would have time to do some writing without having to do both at once...

I would definitely want to leave myself more than three weeks to focus on it, especially as it's a story I would be writing as a gift for someone else.

I think for me to be comfortable about not being pressed for time, I need to have my Interhouse fic written and ready for revision by the end of this month, or within the first couple of days in October. I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll be able to meet this self-imposed deadline, but I think I'll wait for a few days and see if I'm still feeling that way. If I am, I'll likely go ahead and sign up as long they haven't already hit their max (which I'm assuming isn't likely, based on your comment.)
