Rose Weasley was determined to make her own way, and at the moment that meant living in a single room that was converted from an attic.
A visiting James Sirius Potter sat on Rose's threadbare bed and looked around. Perhaps typically, Rose had a desk taking up the other half of the room, one which was obviously second-hand.
"Don't let your Mum see that," joked James indicated where one corner of the desk was propped up on a book to make it level.
"It's hers and she wouldn't care." Rose said.
James read the spine. It was Unfogging The Future.
