harry100's Prompt #491: "Draught of Peace". I came up with this idea when I thought the Draught of Peace was a strong sleeping potion. Checking the lexicon it's actually "a potion to calm anxiety and soothe agitation" but I think this still works. I wussed out on naming everyone in the header but it's Harry looking after his and Ron/Hermione's kids.

"Are you sure this is okay?" Ron said to Harry.
"Of course," Harry said cheerfully, "You and Hermione deserve a day off. It's no trouble."
Ron did not look convinced but hotfooted it away before Harry could change his mind.
"Hello Rosie, Hello Hugo," He said, smiling at his guests. "What do you want to do tod-"
This was as far as he got when there was a deafening uproar as James, Albus and Lily realised their favourite cousins were staying for the day and burst into the living room.
Harry sighed as Rose and Hugo responded with equal volume
"Dad!" James said excitedly. "Are we going to play Quidditch?"
"Well…" Harry prevaricated but was confronted by five pairs of pleading eyes. "...okay."
He spend a worried morning supervising five fliers of varying enthusiasm, skill and balance. Having to catch Al once and Hugo twice.
He spent lunchtime trying to stop James and Al fighting after the former insulted the later's flying. He spent half the afternoon listening to Rose lecture him on everything she knew on Astronomy and the rest was spent chasing Hugo and Lily around the garden, playing "hide and seek" while their elders looked on disdainfully.
Much later all was quiet at the Potter household. The niece and nephew had been successfully floo-ed back home. which Ginny was now confirming via the fellytone, Hermione had given them.
"Did they get there okay?" she said.
"Yes, thanks," Hermione's voice came out of the receiver. "How are you? Did they behave?"
"Of course, they did. Little angels." Ginny said with a laugh.
"Hmm-" Hermione did not sound convinced. "-and how many draughts of Peace did Harry need afterwards?"
Ginny looked around the bedroom door, Harry was still dressed but prone across the bed, dead asleep.
"None at all."
