Neville and Ginny's first date had been the Yule Ball, if you could call it that. She'd gone out with Harry in sixth year but he'd broken it off.
During Seventh Year, Neville had asked out, then she went home for Easter and never came back.
After the war she and Harry had gotten together in a blaze of passion and fallen out just as quickly.
Neville knocked on Ginny's door. She came out hold holding some flowers.
"Look what Harry sent me, aren't they gorgeous?" She said.
It turned out third time was a charm, just not for Neville.
