I like this explanation for Jon's survival, and I feel like you captured Melisandre as she is in canon. Even while having sex the Lord of Light is the only things she cares about. Sometimes I wonder what it must have been like between her and Stannis.

I liked Jon's little speech at the end. I'd have similar feelings if I were in his position. Also, this is the perfect title for this pairing, and for the ritual she performs. Well done.
